As a Rookie Retiree (I retired 3 times before it became a reality), I’m working my way through my bucket list of things I want to do, learn, visit, etc. One of those things was learning to quilt and while I find it relaxing, there are times I need a break from my break! So my quilt instructor encouraged me to take a tuffet making class and after 15 minutes, it became a passion. It is now hard to choose between my next quilting project or my next quilt – so I often do both! Carrying the color scheme of a beautiful quilt across the room with a coordinating tuffet – manificique!
